Tshipi é Ntle fights period poverty in the Northern Cape while supporting job creation with Blossom Care Solutions

Tshipi e Ntle, one of the top five (5) leading exporters of manganese from South Africa, proudly announces the successful conclusion of its inaugural Employee Long Service and Culture Awards, held on 26 June 2023 and 29 July 2023. The events recognised the dedication, commitment, and outstanding contributions of employees who have played pivotal roles in shaping the company’s success over the years.

The Employee Long Service and Culture Awards were introduced as a way to honor and celebrate employees who have displayed unwavering loyalty and have been an integral part of the organization’s growth and progress. This remarkable event served as an opportunity to appreciate the invaluable contributions made by these exceptional individuals.

The evening commenced with a warm welcome from company’s CEO, Ezekiel Lotlhare, who expressed heartfelt gratitude for the hard work and dedication of the employees. The CEO emphasised the significance of their long-standing commitment to shaping the company’s culture and propelling its achievements.
